Skin care for women in 20's

  • First most important thing is Avoid scribbling the pimples by nails or fingers

  • Protect skin from sun. Use umbrella if possible or cover your face by scarf or some smooth cloth

  • Do not allow dandruff to fall down on face

  • Wash face atleast twice a day with facewash which suits your skin

  • Massage your face atleast once in a month

Tips for Natural Skin Care




  • Drink plenty of water

  • Avoid fast food

  • Have atleast 5 to 6 hours sleep.

  • Add one spoon basen+rose water+6-7drops of lime juice. Apply gently on face and ur neck, after 15 mins wash with normal water.

  • Rice flour,mashed ripe papaya,and lemon juice take all this in equal ratio and smash it and apply it for face let it dry and wash with cold water

  • Mix honey and banana and apply to your face for soft and glowing skin, and mix turmeric powder, milk cream and rice flour and apply to ur face for glowing skin

  • For glowing skin, u need one tea spoon orange powder, little turmeric, one tea spoon rose water, half tea spoon sandal powder, them together and after 15 mins wash ur face with cold water.

  • Drink coconut water

  • Drink fruit juices

  • Avoid Tea, Coffee in excess
